We have been hearing LOTS of ''I'm really struggling with my diet'' from our clients lately.
We understand... And we know that the struggle is real. And so... We are working on more than a few ways to help you out with your various food related dilemmas. One being this food diary.
For the next couple of weeks Roz, Maddison and myself will be sharing with you what we eat on a daily to keep our bodies lean, healthy and full of energy. Today is my day (below is what I ate yesterday). Tomorrow we'll share Maddie's dear diary, the next Rozs' and so on and so forth. This way you will get to see a wide spectrum of what ''clean eating'' could look like and note how it changes from day to day and from person to person. I have a feeling Maddisons meals will all be in Tupperware containers and Ziploc bags because she is a travelling gypsy. But I guess that's neither here nor there... Moving right along.
Dear diary. Here is everything I put in my stomach yesterday.
I would normally eat A LOT MORE than this because apparently I am a bottomless pit but things kind of fell apart in the afternoon which led me down the path to cereal, in desperation, not just once or twice, but 3 times last night, and then more of those fucking delicious little muffins that Maddie made (I will be sure to post the recipe soon).
So this isn't the greatest day to post for day 1, but its real, and that's the idea, to show you what we really eat on a day to day. I know that when I miss a meal, go too long without eating, don't plan or run out of time that I will go for something quick and easy, which is usually something that is void of nutrition (rice crispies???) and then I will over eat it because it does nothing for me other than sit in my belly like a little fluff ball. The end.
