We are half way through the challenge and you should have a really good idea of what your goals are.
Todays challenge, to give your goals some reality. Even if it starts with just a fantasy.
After 5-10 minutes of light stretching (to warm your mental and physical muscles up) we are going to go into holding pigeon pose for a minimum of 4 minutes on each side.
Here is your mental focus: what does my best life look like.
What does it look like:
What does it feel like? How does it taste and feel? Whats the weather? Who is with you? What are you doing?
We all know we want to love our lives, and naturally have goals, but few people actually know what they want the end result actually looks/feels like.
Imagine yourself as a movie producer, the story has been written and this is where you get to start rolling the camera. Action.
Give it thought, give it feeling, give it HD 360 picture. Go into every detail.
From here, focus back in on the screenplay as often as you can. Every 15 minutes, every hour, a few times a day or at the very least once a day --- see yourself achieving everything you want and living out the result.
Through this process, eventually, the story that you tell yourself will become your reality.
