Contrary to popular belief you are fully equipped with everything you need to live your best life RIGHT NOW. You don't need a new house or car. You don't need a raise, a bigger office or a different job. You don't need a smaller, tighter, higher or bigger butt. You don't need new friends, a new husband or wife, a dog, a cat, a gerbil or a hamster.
Sure depending on your situation some of those things would be nice and I'm not saying that they aren't important... But all that you really need to be happy, you already have inside of you right now. Because happiness is not a thing. Happiness is a state of mind.
Enough of my ramblings and on to the how this works:
Just like the best way to live life, we are not going to get ahead of ourselves and going to take it one day at a time. Simple.
