Dear Food Diary, I've missed you.

Dear Food Diary.  I'm sorry I haven't been writing to you.  Other things have been coming up,  work has been busy and really, I have just been resisting doing this.  *le sigh*

Enough of that, we are back on the dear diary wagon and that's all that matter.  This is what I ate today:

YA I had pancakes!!!  This is actually what I ate yesterday and we have a family tradition of a pancake breakfast on Sunday mornings.  They're all organic and made with spelt flour.  I had two with maple syrup and one sketchy looking fried egg.

A salmon burger, some healthy version of what a chicken nugget is supposed to be and sautéed kale with mustard on the side.  MUSTARD IS MY FAVE.  I add a little stevia to it and it tastes like honey mustard for my nuggets.  XO my nuggets.

This is a couple of those pancakes.  We make extra and keep the leftovers in the fridge for quick snacks,  They are REALLY good with peanut butter and/or jam on them (as seen here).

This weekend will be good because Roz and I are headed to the CanfitPro Fitness Conference in Vancouver.  For all you ''well I was on vacation / out of town / in a hotel'' people.  You will get to see what we eat on the road.

Although I can't make any promises that it will be posted in real time.  I am foreseeing a busy weekend so be patient.
