Todays challenge is a 2 part challenge....
Because clearing clutter is cleansing.
Part 1: Go through your clothes / shoes / wardrobe and choose 10-20 items to donate to charity. If you haven't worn it in a year, it's definitely time to ditch it. The Women's Shelter and the Keris Society are both places to take ladies/childrens clothes, although there are many others. Look into it and find a charity that feels right to you.
Part 2: For the next 28 days make your bed as soon as you get out of it in the morning. If you already do that, you're a step ahead of the game. Keep that shit up. If you're not at home right now and your bed isn't made, make it when you get home. So when you go to crawl into bed tonight, its made for you.
