Do you have trouble sleeping???  Todays yoga challenge is actually 6 poses....  For the next 6 days....  Before bed.

Check it out, and then set aside 8-10 minutes before bed every night to do this.

I'm excited to see how it works cause lord knows I could benefit from a few extra zzzzs.
