Yoga Challenge: Practice Navasana or Boat Pose for 3 minutes. You can bend your knees, grab behind them, reach for your toes, touch one foot down and then the other. Roll in and out of it. Whatever works.
Day 29: 5 minutes of mediation.
And for 5 minutes of meditation, sit still and tall in a cross legged position, breathe and just be.
