Todays challenge(s) should you choose to accept them, to grow stronger mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually are:

Yoga Challenge:  Practice Navasana or Boat Pose for 3 minutes.  You can bend your knees, grab behind them, reach for your toes, touch one foot down and then the other.  Roll in and out of it.  Whatever works. 

Day 29:  5 minutes of mediation.
