You are a very small part of the population willing to do the work to see the shift.
Your final challenge is to read back to the first few days of the challenge, the things you wrote in your journal and reflect on how far you've come since starting.
And then piggy backing on todays yoga challenge, hold Warrior 1 for 1.5 minutes on each side, breathe and exercise your new strengths.
