Yoga Challenge this week. Days 8 - 12

Monday Day 8 - Chair Pose.  Utkatasana. 

Tuesday Day 9 - Side Plank Pose (strength for your side - 90 seconds / side). 

Wednesday Day 10 - Corpse Pose.  AKA the lying relaxed face melter best thing ever.

Thursday Day 11 - Happy Baby.  Apparently it is scientifically impossible to be in the pose and be unhappy...   If you're having a bad day just roll onto your back and bust out the happy baby!!!

Friday Day 12 - Reclining Bound Angle Pose.  A great way to end a workout and a work week.   3 minutes of just bliss.
