Yoga Challenge this Weekend. Days 13 + 14.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh.  It's beginning to look (or feel) a lot like Christmas.

Saturday.  Time to open your heart and strengthen your back with Locust Pose.  Come in and out of this pose slowly, resting your head on the mat (looking to the right once and to the left the next) in between extensions.  Focus on giving and receiving love and gratitude.

Sunday....  Get grounded for the week ahead with a set of tree on either side of your body.  Breathe in love and light, letting go of anything that isn't serving you anymore.
