NEW PROGRAMMING / SCHEDULE / ROUTINE / GAME PLAN / CHANGES

Change is good.  And over the years I have made a lot of changes.  And I'm about to make another. 

After trying many different workout schedules we've finally ''nailed it''. 

Moving forward the first 2 weeks of each month will be full body workouts and the last 2 weeks of each week will be a split program (separate training days for upper and lower body). 

What this means for you: 

If you are new you will get to be broken in a little more gently rather than having to bend over and take it.

And if you are already crew you will get a really nice change every couple of weeks to keep your body and mind both guessing. 

Less routine.   More variety.  More exciting.  More freshness.  Whatever your adjective of choice.  Its going to be rad.

Because we started January on a split program, and everybody is really flipping sore, we are going to end January (the last 1 or 2 weeks (haven't decided yet)) with full body workouts, then start February with 2 weeks of full body and then we will be on the program.

This gives new people a really nice 4 week window to join in.

Confused?  It will look like this:

First half of the month:

Monday full body strength training

Tuesday some kind of spin, cardio, core, stretch, boxing, yoga, recovery workout  

Wednesday  full body strength training

Thursday some kind of spin, cardio, core, stretch, boxing, yoga, recovery workout  

Friday  full body strength training

Second half of the month:

Monday lower body + core workout 

Tuesday upper body + core workout

Wednesday   some kind of spin, cardio, core, stretch, boxing, yoga, recovery workout  

Thursday lower body + core workout 

Friday upper body + core workout
