Meditate for March

Since everyone seems to think it a race up and off the mat following the final words in class, we have come up with an incentive to encourage you to chill and be with yourself... 

Every time that you stay in stillness for just 3 minutes of breathing and being, we will make note in our little people tracking notebook. 

If you stay after the final class words have been spoken, and take this 3 minutes to simply be (you can lay down you can sit up - whatever works) for a minimum of 3 days each week for the entire month of March you'll be invited to be our special guest at a yoga and massage event in April, for free.  Which is basically heaven on your body, while its also a break for your mind and a giant hugand kiss for your soul.

That's not even the best part.  The best part is in what happens when you actually do this, the change that you will experience, the best part is the space that you will create through this practice.

Into order to create change, in order to be open, in order to experience anything new, you have to make space. 

Meditation, if that's what you want to call this, does exactly that. 

Being still creates space between your breaths, your thoughts, your words, your actions and your reactions.

Being still gives you a clean slate, a fresh start, a new beginning every time you take a breath.  Being still gives the muddiest waters clarity in which to see things.

Meditation is like taking a little bath in freedom.  Nowhere to go.  Nothing to do.  Nobody to be.  Literally a breath of fresh air!!!

Sitting, breathing and being in the moment has actually been proven to re-arrange your brain matter which will in turn actually re-arrange your life.  What do you want to have happen in your life?

All those things you want and will to happen...  Will just happen.  For real. 

Of course I wouldn't expect you to take my word for it,  which is why we are giving you this incentive to stay; we want you to feel and see and experience for yourself the huge difference a few small moments of stillness can make. 

And we are so excited to the shifts in your life as a result.

This all goes down starting tomorrow.   March 1. 

Your classes will take into account this 3 minutes and still have you out the door within 60 minutes of starting.
